HOW DOES TEXT2PARK WORK FOR A PARKING SPOT OWNER?
It’s easy. Residential parking spot owners sign up and receive a lawn sign. Parkers drive by and post payment to use the spot, and that money is then remitted to the owner’s account. Residential owners can “Sweep” their account and request transfers to their PayPal at their convenience.
HOW DO I CHOOSE WHEN PARKERS CAN AND CAN'T PARK IN MY SPOT?
You set parking hours for each day of the week. If someone puts in your P-Code after hours, they get a message that the driveway is closed for parking. You also set pricing that can be changed at your discretion.
WHAT IF SOMEONE PARKS ILLEGALLY?
If someone is parked illegally, parking spot owners can report them to a reputable towing company. TEZ maintains relationships with the best services in your area. Owners can also text a parker at any time in case of emergency.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMEONE LEAVES THEIR CAR IN MY SPOT AFTER THEIR TIME HAS EXPIRED?
You can contact the customer via text message using the homeowner portal. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can contact the TEZ recommended towing company in your area to remove the vehicle.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EARN BY USING TEXT2PARK?
The amount depends on parking rates in your area and how busy your street is. TEXT2PARK can make recommendations of parking rates based on what your neighbors are charging. You can change your rate at any time.
WHERE DO MY EARNINGS GO?
TEXT2PARK holds all earnings until you choose to Sweep your account. Parking spot owners simply login, request a Sweep, enter the amount, and funds are then forwarded to your PayPal account. You must leave $15 in the account at all times.
